We get captured by the little dues of annoying Unicorn crowns.

Captured by Ferel Pigmy Elves. How fun.

We negtiate for a dozen dozen guys.

We get lead down into the deep volcanic depths where there is a small vault in which they found the crown.

We find a little sigil of Andraax carved into one of the walls of the cault. Haeraan goes there and "looks behind".

He seen Andraax give the elves the crown. There are two other side cases that are empty. The elf puts the crown on and goes into a trance. Meanwhile, Andraax puts the message on the wall. Andraax says, "The other things never made it into the vault. They must have been taken deeper. The ash layers are dangerous. I suggest you not delve any deeper unless you know what you are doing. Many hazards abound, some of which may challenege even you...."

Huh, that's oddly direct for him.

Besides, Alynna thinks the amulet and sword are out side her 25 mile range of item finding.

Oathar goes to tell the ship that they will be delayed.

Imre and Haeraan go to Norek to buy stuff to prepare for the ash layers. Potions, Flame Cubes, etc. Imre also buys a floating crystal skull. 'cause why not?

That night, Imre has a dream that night where he hears: "Let me out! Let me out! I can't breathe in here."

All seems normal. He investigates the skull. It's powers include 1) smart, and 2) 1/mo it will protect you from any one blow to the skull. But it must inflict that damage on someone else to discharge that damage., 3) ???, 4) no 4th power.

He's quite excited. It's the skull of Yorick.

He chatters and jabbers and never shuts up. Oh dear.

We head past a lava river. Alynna pick s atunnel using Guess! We follow it!

We head down and the strange flowing fungi starts. Presense picks up some beings ahead. Hmm, four lugraki. We charge in! Oh dear, it's women and children lugraki harvesting fungi.

One Lord Sleep later, they all fall over. Alynna mind probes them all and finds out wher ethe recruiter demons come from, etc.

We start sneaking through, but then Blinky shows up and blows our cover. We rush them, stun them, and then head through.

We find several lugraki recruiting areas and a sign leading to The Forbidden Gate. To the forbidden gate we go! It's an abandoned corridor that leads to a giant brass gate. Oathar identifies it as one of the six prison gates of Gathena. Back in the first era, in teh time of the great war between kadaena and utha, there arose spirits of evil. Maybe made by Kadaena, maybe they just rose as a side effect. They were animate beings directly connected to the conduction of evil, or something. It was said that they were not exactly servants of Kadaena, but were manifestations of evil. Personifications suited Kadaena just fine. After Kadaena vanished the evils were imprisoned down here by the remaining lords of essence. Haeraan says there's been traffic through the gate according to tracking.
