Design and fabrication of elastomeric microfluidic chips and high density arrays useful for chemical or biological screening.

Professor Dewey's research interests include fluids mechanics, cell dynamics and modeling, biomedical imaging, medical informatics, and instrumentation.

 

Professor Slocum's research focuses on developing fundamental precision machine design principles and then proving them via experiments which serve as prototypes for consumer and industrial products.
