New ideas in education are best optimized when the concepts are communicated to a broad community of practitioners. A proven and effective tool for encapsulating and conveying the essence of educational innovation is Carnegie Foundation's KEEP toolkit and its suite of related applications. This fall OEIT will pilot a KEEP installation here at MIT, in order to explore how KEEP's framework can support outreach efforts and build institute-wide community around educational innovation.
Stay tuned for more information on MIT's KEEP pilot. In the meantime, visit and join Carnegie's KEEP community and browse its sister sites: the Gallery of Teaching and Learning for excellence in educational innovation and the Teaching and Learning Commons for communities of practise.
