Online registration will be available until July 14, 2011. The fee is $550. Registration includes admission to all sessions from July 24-29; all conference materials; an electronic copy of the proceedings; a Welcome Reception on Sunday and coffee break & box lunch daily. On-site registrations will be accepted on a space-available basis.
Participants may register online at www.regonline.com/panic_2011_reg. Acceptable forms of payment include credit card (Visa, MasterCard, Discover & American Express), check drawn on a US bank in US dollars, wire transfer, and internal transfer (MIT only). You will receive an e-mail confirmation once your registration is successfully submitted from which you can access an invoice or receipt as applicable.
