Design Work viral communications
I worked with Viral Commications in the Media Lab for three years. During my time there I worked on many projects including designing and building enclosures for the Hundred-Dollar Laptop prototype boards, and Via mini-ITX computer systems, the designs of which have been used by other groups for similar computers.
I also worked to design a tangible wireless interaction system called the viral stress ball, as well as various programming and miscellaneous enclosure design. The purpose of the viral stress ball project was to provide a new type of interaction between office mates in the group as an experiment in both low-level wireless communication and social interaction.
