Investigated the impact of engine emission variation on after-treatment systems using simulation and data-driven methods; constructed a design structure matrix (DSM) based tool that facilitates system-level communication among engineering groups.
Facilitated strategy development to promote open innovation within the company and evaluated feasibility of crowdsourced problem solving.
I worked on improving sustainability of our dorm while holding this position. I initiated the composting program in the dorm and organized trips to recycling facilities. Also I recruited volunteers for the community garden and took care of plants in the dorm building.
