Roomset: Change/Display

This page shows information about a roomset. If you have appropriate authorizations, you can change the following information:

• EHS Representative -- click on the binoculars and search for the person by first or last name.


• SARA Reporter -- click on the binoculars and search for the person by first or last name.


• Roomset Name -- type a new name in the field


• Roomset Status -- choose Active, Inactive, or Decommission in Process from the drop-down menu. Only certain users are authorized to see and use Decommission in Process. When you select the Decommission in Process status, it means you want to start taking hazards out of the room and therefore out of the PI/Space Hazard system.


• Roomset Description -- enter information about the roomset that hasn't been captured elsewhere or change information already supplied.

When you are satisfied with your changes, click the Save Changes button.

Result: Your changes are saved and the screen is refreshed and a green confirmation message appears near the top of the page.

• Return to Your Roomsets -- lets you continue to view or change information about other roomsets.


• Home -- closes the application and returns you to the EHS homepage
