Non-partner Requisitions

Non-partners or external vendors are non-MIT organizations that provide goods or services to MIT. Examples are Hewlitt Packard and Acme Rug.

• Complete and submit the SAPweb online requisition form.
• SAP requisition number is assigned.
• Requisition is routed to departmental approver for release.
• Procurement creates a purchase order for the requisition; a PO number is assigned.
