Biography
Dr. Neil Singer is the President of Convolve, Inc., a New York City company
founded in 1989 to commercialize the results of MIT research on Input Shaping
technologies. Dr. Singer's company supplies industry and the US Government with
software and hardware for vibration reduction, and designs high-performance
machines and controllers. He received his SB in 1983, SM in 1985 and PhD in 1989
all from the Massachussetts Institute of Technology's Mechanical Engineering
Department. His research activities are in the fields of Machine Design,
Dynamics, and Control.
