Installation

Follow these steps to install the Meeting Maker Conduit software to use Meeting Maker on your Palm organizer.

To install the Meeting Maker Conduit software:

1. Click Install, located in the Pilotcd folder on the Meeting Maker User Software CD.
2. Click Continue as prompted.
3. Click Install. Installation begins. When installation is complete, click Restart to restart your Macintosh.

   The Meeting Maker Conduit software installs the conduits to the Conduits folder in the Palm directory.

4. Create a folder titled Disabled Conduits in the Palm directory as the Conduits folder.
5. Drag the following files from the Conduits folder to the Disabled Conduits folder.
   • Address Book
   • Date Book
   • Todo

     ---

     Note: These three files need to be moved from the Conduits folder because they do not synchronize with Meeting Maker. Do not move the mm files from the Conduits folder.

6. Change the memory setting of the Conduit Manager file to a minimum of 6000K. Highlight the Conduit Manager icon and select File > Information to modify the memory setting to the desired number.

WARNING: The memory setting of the Conduit Manger must be changed to at least 6000K. If not, the Palm organizer and Meeting Maker synchronization may fail.
