Use the following instructions to install the Meeting Maker User software on any Windows operating system.

Installing Meeting Maker for Windows from a CD

To install Meeting Maker User software:

1. Start the PC workstation and launch your Windows operating system.
2. Insert the (Windows operating system-appropriate) Meeting Maker User Software CD.
3. Access the Run dialog box using the appropriate Windows system conventions.
4. Locate SETUP for the desired platform on the CD and click OK.

   Installation begins and the Welcome screen appears:
   

5. Click Next. The Choose Destination Directory screen appears:
   
6. Click Next to place Meeting Maker in the default directory. To place Meeting Maker in a different directory, click Browse or type the directory name, then click Next. Installation continues.
7. Click OK when notified that installation is complete. Continue from Signing in to Meeting Maker for Windows.
