Sending Out the Meeting Proposal
To send out the meeting proposal:
- Click
Send Proposal.- If one or more required guests has a conflict at the proposed meeting time, an alert box appears. You can send the proposal anyway or modify the proposal to find a more suitable time.
The meeting automatically appears on your calendar, and meeting invitations are sent to all guests.
