Canceling a Scheduled Meeting

When you cancel a meeting, Meeting Maker notifies all guests of the cancellation.

To cancel a meeting select the desired meeting proposal on your calendar and from the Edit menu choose Cancel Meeting (or press the Delete/Backspace key).
