Proxies

A proxy is someone who gives you access to their Meeting Maker calendar. You can have Read/Write or Read-Only rights to proxy calendars.

To access a proxies calendar:

1. From the toolbar, select the Proxy icon.
2. A list of proxies appears. All proxies that you have in your regular Meeting Maker client are available through the Meeting Maker Java Client.
3. Double-click the name of the proxy whose calendar you want to view.
4. That person's calendar appears. Use the proxy feature in the Meeting Maker Java Client the same as you do in your Meeting Maker desktop client. For more information on how to use proxies, see Chapter , "Proxies" on page 109.
