EpiPred

Identifying HLA-DR Binding Epitopes

* Use the EpiPred links below to open spreadsheets containing formulas for the listed alleles

* WARNING: The EpiPred windows are slow and clumsy. Please be patient. EpiPred30 is the fastest file listed.

* ATTENTION: Best viewed (only viewable?) in Internet Explorer.

Note:  The "Hammer DR1" matrix is actually the P1/2/3 values from the Hammer DR4
matrix and the P4/6/7/9 values from the Virtual DR1 matrix.

In our experience, the Hammer algorithms are better than the Sette ones.

Original spreadsheet designed by Thomas O. Cameron while at MIT, Dept. of Chemistry.
Surely this is not the best way to publish these algorithms on the internet, but I'm no web-geek.
