Michael Krepon, together with others from the Stimson Center and collaborators
from other non-governmental organizations, has been working for a number
of years on Codes of Conduct to ban anti-satellite weapons. Dr. Krepon
will discuss these efforts and the considerations that have gone into
forming these Codes.
