KSPMonitorRange

 Prints the percentage of residual elements that are more then 10 percent of the maximum value.

Input Parameters

ksp - iterative context
it - iteration number
rnorm - 2-norm (preconditioned) residual value (may be estimated).
dummy - an ASCII viewer
