Entrants must:
* Be sure to obtain a signed release from all individuals featured in your photos or videos. Minors appearing in works will need the signature of a parent or guardian. Releases are not required for individuals in public spaces that are incidentally captured on video.
* Verify that the work contains no copyrighted music, film clips, photos, or other media.
* Agree to allow MIT TechTV to post their submitted works on MIT TechTV and in the use of any MIT TechTV promotional materials with the proper credit given to you.
