and then have dinner together.

- 19 Feb 2000: staffing and competency model drafted.
- 1 Mar 2000: skeletal versions of phase 0 deliverables: list of possible
lead users, list of possible collaborators, list of sources of ideas and
technologies, system architecture drafted.
