• Have DSpace office inhabitable by 1-June.

• 7 April 2000: Scheduled weekly meetings.
• 7 April 2000: Drafted VERY skeletal doc on commercial systems. Noticed two commercial sites were not found.

• 17 Feb 2000: HP, Library, and MIT personnel meet, discuss and then have dinner together.
• 18 Feb 2000: wdc, and HP personnel meet and discuss next steps.
• 19 Feb 2000: staffing and competency model drafted.
• 1 Mar 2000: skeletal versions of phase 0 deliverables: list of possible lead users, list of possible collaborators, list of sources of ideas and technologies, system architecture drafted.
• 1 Mar 2000: front page of project notebook including activities and deliverables drafted.
• 2 Mar 2000: wdc obtains Roscheisen's PhD thesis on Rights Management for reference.
• 24 Mar 2000: wdc meets with Pieter van Zee of HP Digital Media Solutions.
• 28 Mar 2000: Public announcement of project.
