The power and pulse of the river beneath the streets can be revealed through a subtle and pure form. To bring attention to the source of decay and tragedy using a thread of commonality along the path of the encased river, which acts as a reflection of the past and the lives altered and/or destroyed by it, a reflection of the path it takes beneath our feet, and a reflection of possibilities for the future.
