The cgiemail example page

The following forms are being shared by their authors as a service to other users of cgiemail. Feel free to copy techniques from these forms, but they are examples only, and will not get a reply.

Submission form - demonstrates the SIZE attribute, radio buttons and required fields.
Response form - demonstrates putting same-name checkbox values on successive lines.
Example of fixed-length fields - This is local to the cgiemail site, and is provided here by request.
