1937 Singer model 28k9. Despite the high bobbin winder normally indicative of a 128, this is a 28 model with the older shuttle carrier. The 28k9 came from the factory with a hand crank and was manufactured for worldwide export as a budget model according to Needlebar. The decals are the 'Victorian' set.
