Cagliostro and friends work on their defenses. Cagliostro upgrades the reality of things, in a hit-or-miss fashion.

One of Cagliostro's demons imports a beastmaster to investigate his problem with changing goldfish and exploding salamanders. The beastmaster devolves a couple of prisoners, who burst into flames once they reach a snaky-lizardy thing.

Around the Golden Isle

Kintani and Jean are continuing to blast dragon elders and others off of the golden island, where Marial decontaminates them and drops them onto the Serpent's Apprentice's back. The Serpent's Apprentice chats with Shiryu while the work progresses.

Statue Problems

Indigo/Geryon finishes his walkabout and is familiar with the use of up to five tendrils at once. He returns to the antechamber of the Logrus with his instructor. Suhuy is still there eating popcorn. One of Suhuy's initiates-to-be has walked the Logrus and succeeded. He's down to four students waiting and waffling.

Geryon greets Suhuy, is examined and determined to be satisfactory, and is permitted to depart. Geryon Logrus-pulls out to the place where he first emerged from the Logrus, then returns to House Chanicut and is repeatedly propositioned.

Geryon fools around at some length with politics, statues, and pedestals.

A Jean obliterates a Verra statue on a pedestal, but it reforms or reappears. Jean and Verra discuss the situation, and decide that this is bad. Jean briefs Osric. Osric passes through a Fringe hammer in pieces.

Jean warns Geryon, just a bit too late, that it is bad to become a god.

Savior of Chaos looks around for Verra statues at Jean's request, places Jeans near the few statues without Jeans, and then pulls off the Paths of the Dead, solidifies as a Hawklord, and proceeds to greet Verra.
