  2. Calculate shipping and handling


    Please use the shipping price calculator at the bottom of the page to calculate shipping and handling for your order. International orders must select international shipping. Orders shipped within the US must select US Shipping.

  3. Place your order online


    Please place your order through our secure ordering system. Please have the following information ready before filling out the form:

    Order Description: Item number, price and quantity of each volume you are ordering.
    Subtotal: Price of your order (without shipping).
    Shipping type: Please select U.S. Surface mail for shipping addresses within the US and International mail for a shipping addresses outside the US.
    Shipping charge: Shipping cost calculated with the shipping price calculator at the bottom of this page.
