Sketch Model Review I

Day of Logistics
by 12 PM: Submit the name and short description of your team's concepts, in the order they will be presented. Check that your team has submitted this information here.
between 6:00-7:00 PM: Bring your sketch model to the 35-225 [map] staging area (hallway outside of 35-225). PDL and 5-007 will be open during this time for model pickup.
by 7:10 PM: Apatosaurus, Cat, Elephant and Fox teams are set up on tables for presenting and playtesting.
by 7:15 PM: Everyone in their seats, ready for the sketch model presentations! The review will start at 7:15PM sharp.
after the review: Please bring your models to 5-007
Review Ettiquette
If you will be late to the review, please do not enter the review room during a presentation. Instead, wait outside until a transition period to enter. Check with the staff outside as to where the review is in the schedule and check the transition schedule below to see where your team will be going at the next transition period.
Presentation Order
The presentation order on Thursday will be:

- Apatosaurus (playtester: Duck)
- Kangaroo (playtester: Elephant)
- Koala (playtester: Fox)
- Hippo (playtester: Cat)
- Turtle (playtester: Apatosaurus)
- Hedgehog (playtester: Kangaroo)
- Duck (playtester: Koala)
- Elephant (playtester: Hippo)
- Fox (playtester: Turtle)
Students in 35-225 will complete feedback forms and may also discuss each team's presention during transitions.

The 35-225 staging area is in the hallway on one side of the 35-225 entrance. The playtesting area will be in the hallway to the other side of the 35-225 entrance. The first two playtesting teams (Elephant & Fox) and the first two presenting teams (Cat & Apatosaurus) should be set up before class starts. Subsequent teams should move when indicated in the schedule above.
Set up for presenting means putting your sketch models on the tables that will be rolled into 35-225 for the presentations. Set up for playtesting means putting your sketch models on your assigned team table outside 35-225.
After the review is over, please bring your sketch models to 5-007. 2.00b staff will be taking pictures of your sketch models for your team portfolio.
Directions to 35-225 from PDL
The Thursday evening sketch model presentations are in 35-225. Below are stair-free instructions for how to get there.
From PDL, take a left. Walk straight out the end of the hallway, cross the breezeway (watch out for cars!), and back into Bldg 7 to the end of the hallway. Turn right, then take the ramp on your left up to the Bldg 7 accessible exit. Walk along Mass Ave until you see the Bldg 35 accessible entrance. Use the ramp to enter the basement. Walk halfway down the hall and take a right. Use the elevators to go to the second floor. 35-225 will be on your left.
