Opening the door, the adventurers see a roaring dragon at the far end of the room. It sweeps its head back and forth, seeking prey and intruders. A laser beam shoots from its mouth, bouncing off reflective surfaces in the room. If the laser flame hits one of them, they will lose.
The adventurers notice that the dragon is sitting atop a series of eggs, one of which is glowing. The colored egg seems to correspond with one of the colored fires at each wall of the room.
Lining both sides of the room are fierce-looking suits of armor with shields polished to a mirror finish. When the laser hits the shield, it bounces off at a controllable angle.
The adventures must angle the shields so that the laser bounces off and into the fire that matches the egg color. Once it does, a phoenix rises from the flames!
