The menu for the evening has been posted.

4/13/06. 2:35 pm:

We have been instructed by the Marriott to pass along the following message:

* No outside alcohol will be permitted on property. If anyone is caught bringing in alcohol, they will be asked to leave immediately and will not be permitted to return.

* Anyone who shows up intoxicated will not be allowed to enter the reception / dinner.

Apparently there were some problems with last year's event where there were several people escorted off hotel property due to the above.

4/11/06. 2:20 pm:

** Purchase your tickets now. You can select tables and tell us who you want to sit with later.

** The seating chart is for people who have already purchased tickets to select tables. If you have not purchased a ticket, please do not email us trying to request tables because they are open to ticket holders only.

REMINDERS about TICKETS and SEATING

  1. Each senior can purchase a maximum of two tickets. You may purchase tickets one at a time or together. If you're not sure whether you are eligible for buying tickets, ask us.
  2. You must have a minimum of five seniors to reserve a full table. Those five (or more) seniors will purchase the ten seats at that table. Full table reservations can be made up until Monday, April 24th at 11:59 PM. Obviously, you cannot have the same senior listed at multiple tables. Five seniors, each senior can purchase two tickets, thus ten tickets = ten seats = one table.
  3. We continuously check tickets purchased for each table. If you have questions about who is at your table who hasn't yet purchased their tickets, talk to those friends or email us at seniorball2006@gmail.com and we can give you those names.
  4. You do not need to know the name of your date. Plenty of people have already purchased two tickets with no mention of their date. You will need to know the name of your date prior to the event and let us know so we will let them into the event.
  5. If all ten tickets are purchased by Monday, April 24th, that table is locked. The only way to change the people sitting at that table is if those occupants personally sell their ticket to someone else. The people at a reserved locked table cannot choose to sit elsewhere.
  6. Starting April 25th at 12:01 am, all open tables will be available. This means, any person who has purchased a ticket up until then, who is not at a locked table, can then choose a seat (or two seats if two tickets were purchased).
  7. If a table is missing one or more tickets by Monday April 24th, the entire table's reservation will be cancelled and that table will be opened for seating.
  8. The current policy is No Refunds.
  9. Tickets will continue to go on sale until April 30th.
  10. Remember to submit your senior photos in zip format to 06seniorball@gmail.com by April 30th.
