The baby kicked today! Claude couldn't be happier. Even though he is still working a double shift as a printer, he has decided to make "Les Autres Idees" into a monthly pamphlet until the baby is born and I'm ready to be back on my feet. I'm not certain if the other men in the print shop have picked up on his nighttime activities but Claude claims that all is well and there is nothing to be worried about. The salons have also stopped attending my house regularly to avoid added stress. It is somewhat unfortunate, I have started to enjoy the nightly debates over man and natural rights.

My cousin from Versailles has come to help me out with the housework and what not during my pregnancy. It is nice to have her around, father and I used to go out to Versailles all the time to visit her but I haven't really had the time. The last I saw her was at my wedding. I am due in a couple of months.
