Spenser Skates ’10 and Curtis Liu ’10 met as opponents in MIT’s Battlecode competition and went on to co-found the successful startup Amplitude. Skates sees parallels between the two: “You have limited resources, limited time, and you’re trying to accomplish a goal.”
