Marthe Ketels

Marthe Ketels is visiting the Cummins group as a research intern to complete her master thesis starting in August 2014. She will be staying until December 2014. Marthe has already completed a Bachelor thesis under the supervision of Prof. Dr. Konstantin Karaghiosoff and Prof. Dr. Thomas M. Klapoetke at the Ludwig-Maximilians University in Munich, Germany (LMU) where she is currently enrolled in a Master's program. During her studies she did research in the field of homogenous and heterogenous catalysis with Ruthenium and Palladium nanoparticles at the Instituto die Chimica dei Composti Organo Metallici in Florence under the supervision of Dr. Maurizio Perruzini. After finishing her Master's degree Marthe will be pursuing a PhD in chemistry. In the Cummins group Marthe is exploring transition metal complexes containing meta-phosphate ligands.
