MIT CSSA has been very active in the Great Boston area in the past few years. A lot of efforts have been put in by former CSSA board members. The following people are worthy mentioning due to their great contribution to the Chinese Community in the Great Boston area. They are:

In the past, many people contributed to the development of CSSA homepage. Among them are Cheng Wang, Xiaowei Yang, etc. The entries to the old cssa homepages are here (by Cheng Wang) and here (by Xiaowei Yang).

Board '2000 decides to greatly enhance the content in CSSA homepage, with the hope that it can serve as a unique tool to promote all kinds of activites, services, and information. Among others, Jin Qiu, Ruopeng Wang, Cathy Lin, Yu Xiang, Zhitao Cao, Yu Sui, Liangjun Chen, and Xiaolong Mou have developed most of the current pages, Jin Qiu is currently in charge of CSSA web publishing. For web developers, please check out the logics of the current web development, and the usage of CVS for CSSA web development.

An important feature of CSSA internet service is the CSSA mailing list, which distributes news, personal ads, CSSA announcements, etc. to CSSA members and Boston Chinese Community in large. Currently more than 4000 email addresses are on this list. CAI Xuejun (92), HE Hua (93), and WANG Chi (94) etc started this service, followed by WANG Cheng, who worked alone, had maintained this service for three long years. In 1999, YANG Xiaowei upgraded the traditional servcie so that the mail system processes (un)subscribors and sends emails automatically. Currently the mailing list service is managed by YANG Xiaowei and SHEN Delin.

Since 1997, the executive boards of CSSA have made their activity and financial reports online. Through these summary webpages, you will be linked to all online information related to a particular year. We keep all those pages as they originially designed and maintained, and thus some information may be out of date now.
