Databases
A part of the overall objective
of the Information
and Bioinformatics Core (Core B) is and disseminating
all the Consortium information (both scientific and administrative)
to the public. For this purpose Core B is developing several complex relational databases. These databases should prove a major resource for both the Consortium and the larger scientific community. |

UPDATES
|
- Core B has completed data acquisition and dissemination interfaces for all the Scientific Cores (except Core C)
- Consortium members can click on the Login Icon on the left menu to login to the database. These interfaces will be released to the public soon
- The Molecule Page interfaces for 160 Glycan Binding Proteins have been completed and they can be accessed by clicking on CBP Database in the left menu
- The Glycosylation pathway interfaces have been enhanced based on the Glycan symbol nomenclature of the Consortium and they can be accessed by clicking on the GT Database on the left menu
