javax.swing.text.Style

Packages that use Style
javax.swing Provides a set of "lightweight" (all-Java language) components that, to the maximum degree possible, work the same on all platforms. 
javax.swing.text Provides classes and interfaces that deal with editable and noneditable text components. 
javax.swing.text.html Provides the class HTMLEditorKit and supporting classes for creating HTML text editors.

 Style JTextPane.addStyle(String nm, Style parent)
          Adds a new style into the logical style hierarchy.
 Style JTextPane.getLogicalStyle()
          Fetches the logical style assigned to the paragraph represented by the current position of the caret, or null.
 Style JTextPane.getStyle(String nm)
          Fetches a named non-null style previously added.
