It's Back-to-School Season

September is here, and that means you probably know at least
a few people who are heading back to school. Maybe it's time
to take a "class" of your own!
Here are some suggestions on finding a class where you can
learn something new, feel healthier and stronger, and relieve
some stress. And for those of you who are actually the ones
heading back to school -- there's a bonus with the classes
listed below - no homework!!
Wellness Classes
at The Center for Health Promotion & Wellness, MIT Medical
*classes include: tai chi, yoga, meditation, losing weight
the healthy way, senior strength and balance, fitness for
women and co-ed fitness.
