The MIT pharmacy works closely with other MIT Medical staff
to make the best medications available at the lowest cost.
To minimize side effects, our software program checks patient
medication profiles and flags potential problems for each
new prescription.
Information about the MIT Health Plans' prescription drug
formulary, including tier assignment, generic equivalents,
if available, and any dispensing limitations may be obtained
by entering the drug name in our prescription drug
search tool.

please refer to the appropriate Health
Plan section.
