Our pulmonary physician evaluates and treats people for a
variety of lung conditions, including asthma, pneumonia, lung cancer, sleep apnea, and COPD-emphysema, as well as such lung-related symptoms as coughing, wheezing, shortness of breath, and chest discomfort.
Much of the testing required for evaluations is done at MIT
Medical, including pulmonary function testing and chest X-rays.
Depending on the condition, we may also refer people to Brigham
and Women's Hospital for further evaluation or treatment.
