Grad Student Housing Exchange

Narrative 2014 Graduate Student Housing Exchange

If you are traveling to the conference from outside Boston, would you rather crash on a local graduate student’s couch than pay for a hotel room?

If you live in the Boston area, would you like to earn a discount on your registration fee by housing a fellow graduate student traveling to the conference?

We will be setting up a graduate student housing exchange to help enable as many graduate
students as possible to attend the conference this year. Please let us know if you are a graduate student traveling to the conference from outside the Boston area and would be interested in staying with a local graduate student.

Additionally, we are offering reduced registration fees to any local graduate student willing to host someone for the conference.

If you are interested in participating in this housing exchange, please email us at housing.narrative2014@gmail.com no later than February 1, 2014.

Tell us your location and housing capacity or your dates of travel. Please include the words OFFER or SEEK in your subject line to indicate whether you are offering or seeking housing. Please also inform us if you have any pets or pet allergies.

Coordinators: James Buzard (MIT) and Sue Kim (UMass-Lowell).
