Authors are invited to submit one-page abstracts, written in
English, via e-mail to icnsp@mit.edu
by May 16, 2003 as attached PDF files. Authors must indicate in
the e-mail the preferred mode for your presentation: oral or poster.
To view PDF files you must have Adobe
Acrobat Reader.
Simple formatting rules are required:
• Standard U.S. letter size paper with
1 inch (2.5cm) margins at 4 sides |
• Single-spaced Times New Roman font |
| • Upper section centered: bold 14pt title; 12pt
normal authors list with superscript numbers for affiliations
with presenting author(s) underlined, followed by italic
12pt affiliations

• Leave a space line before justified main text
in normal 12pt |
• Sections and sub-sections in bold 12pt, left
justified, figure captions in 11pt italic |
• No page numbers |
All submitted one-page abstracts will be reviewed by the Conference
Program Committee by May 25, 2003.
Full four-page abstracts are due by August 15, 2003.
Formatting and submission rules are identical to the one-page
abstracts given above. They will be reproduced in the Book of
Abstracts, which will be given to the participants at the registration
desk.
A Conference CD with four-page abstracts and presentations will
be available after the conference.
