SPEAKERS—Instructions for Poster Presenters

The dimensions of the posters should be: 36 in (91.5 cm) wide and 48 in (122 cm) high.
(The maximum space per poster is 48 in x 48 in).
The text, illustrations, etc should be bold enough to be read clearly from a distance of 6 ft (2 meters).
Do not mount your poster on foam core - pushpins will be provided for mounting posters on panels.
You will be able to put up your poster as early as Sunday, and you can keep it up through Thursday.
Your poster must be up by 1:30 pm on Tuesday to be viewed as a part of the poster session on Tuesday afternoon.
