Releases of the build3 build system, newest first.
Each tarball is a complete build system: the top makefile, a description of every
component, and the target descriptions it ships with. It carries no sources — the
build fetches those and checks them against the sums it records. The
installation page describes how to use one.

Unless you need to reproduce an older build, take the newest. A build
system and the component versions it pins go together; mixing one release's targets
with another's part files is not supported.
