The closing date
for the submission of abstracts is Friday, May 4, 2001.
The official language
of the Symposium will be English. A book of abstracts of all lectures
and posters will be handed out to registered participants upon arrival.
In addition to invited speakers, a portion of the lectures will feature
twenty minute presentations from advanced students, postdocs, and young
faculty who have not yet been able to make their work widely known.
Those who contribute posters may be asked to present their
work orally. Those who are interested in giving a 20 minute oral presentation
should indicate it on their poster abstract form. In addition, interested
individuals will be required to provide a full synopsis of their presentation
in order to help with the selection process.
