				  Click on a folder
  
 
Click manage folder
  
 
Click on the Permissions tab
  
 
Click inside the Add new textbox and enter a user's email (e.g. joesmith@mit.edu)
  
 
Grant permissions to the user by checking the appropriate box(es)
  Note: By default, Manage Folders, Manage QSets, and View 
						Responses are checked for the new user. However, the permissions 
						only applies to the current folder and its contents.
 
 Manage Folders will grant the user the ability to add, 
						edit, and delete folders.
 Manage QSets will grant the user the ability to add, 
						edit, and delete question sets.
 View Responses will grant the user the ability to view 
						question set responses.
 
 
Click Update
  
 
Click Cancel or ConfirmNote: Clicking on Confirm, will send an email to the user 
						informing him/her of his/her QTools permissions.
