Configuring Synchronization

Follow these steps to set the configuration to synchronize Meeting Maker with your Palm organizer.

To configure Meeting Maker synchronization with your Palm organizer:

1. Click the HotSync icon in your Windows system tray (in the lower right hand corner of your screen).
2. Select Custom.... The Custom dialog box appears.
   
3. From the drop down menu, select your user name.
4. Select a Meeting Maker Conduit from the Conduit list, and click Change... to configure your selection. See the following sections for configuration options.

   Click Done if the Actions are correct. The Action is the action the conduit will take when a HotSync update is done.
