Changing Your Login Preferences


To keep unauthorized people from viewing your calendar, you should create a password.

To create or change your password:
  1. Choose Preferences from the Edit Menu, and click Login. The Login Preferences panel appears:
  2. Enter your current password in the Current field. If you do not have a password, leave this box blank.
  3. In the New box, type a password of up to 31 characters.

    Note: Meeting Maker passwords are case-sensitive. When signing in to Meeting Maker, your password must be entered exactly as created.


  4. Retype the new password in the Verify box.
  5. Click Sign In Automatically to skip the sign-in process and start Meeting Maker automatically when you start your workstation.
  6. Click OK to save the settings.
