User Info
Use the User Info screen to specify your normal work days and hours, your phone number, and additional information.
To enter/change your User Info:
- From the Edit Menu choose User Info. The User Info screen appears:

- Enter your personal information as desired in the provided fields. Information entered here appears when other Meeting Maker Users select your name and click Get Info in a Meeting Proposal Guests panel. When you invite External (non Meeting Maker) guests to a meeting, these guests see and respond to the E-Mail address entered on this screen.
- Select work days and indicate your work hours. You can:
- Click OK to save the settings.
