Changing the To-Do List
To-do item changes depend on who created the item. If you created the to-do item (for yourself or for a group) you can change any aspect of the to-do item.
If you received the to-do item from another user, you can only change the reminder, the priority settings, your response to the item, and you can mark it done.
Changing To-Do Item Details
To change items on the To-Do List:
- Open the To-Do List and double-click the item to change, or click the item, and then click Open.
- On your to-do items, you can change the title, date, priority, notes, reminder, or participants.
- Click Update.
Deleting To-Do Items
To delete a to-do item:
