Please remember to follow the following format when emailing the Team Coordinator, your TA, and your Team-Building TA:

For subject: Lastname-Team##-your email subject-date

For example: Lastname-Team4-your email subject-01/01/2000

For example: Lastname-Team14-your email subject-01/01/2000

NO SPACES EXCEPT IN YOUR EMAIL SUBJECT SECTION

Your email will not be properly filtered by the staff if you do not following this format, and we will not be happy:(

Surveys



Students are required to fill the following forms out and submit them electronically. You will receive a duplicate of a data-containing email that the staff will use to process the results.

Please note that on some computers/internet browsers, some of the buttons will be hard to see or will have other visual deficiencies. Please suffer through it or use another type of computer.

All students must fill these three forms out (once per term) independently, honestly, and completely.

These three are due by February 7, 2001 at 12 Noon EST (IF YOU DON'T HAVE A TEAM NUMBER, LEAVE THAT QUESTION BLANK. DON'T REDO SURVEYS IF YOU ALREADY COMPLETED THEM WITHOUT YOUR TEAM NUMBER!!!!):

To complete the Myer Briggs and Firo-B questionnaires, you must follow the link below and use the following information:

At the next screen, find the the table with the two forms that you must fill out:

MBTI. Form M and Firo-B

Be sure to use the Batchname titled "10.26-2002" when you select either survey.

Team-Building Templates



Your team needs to be extremely organized and should probably organize their schedule either by using an on-line calendar organizer http://www.anyday.com, http://www.calendar.yahoo.com or by using an alternate calendar of your own. Note that you can subsribe to a FREE version of the on-line organizer from either company.






The Team Leader is expected to email meeting agendas 24 hours before any scheduled meeting.

The Team Recorder is expected to email meeting minutes within 24 hours after any scheduled meeting.

Interviews

Click below to look at the interview schedule available for your team. Interviews are used to meet with the team coordinator and your team. It is your chance to talk about your team and the class.

Entrance interviews will take place about 3-4 weeks into the start of the course. Exit interviews occur during the last two weeks of class.
