DB2 Universal Database is IBM's object-relational database for UNIX, OS/2, and Windows operating environments. Conclusion

-after looking up information on the top three systems, IBM, Oracle, and Microsoft, and comparing their features as well as capabilities, we determined that the Oracle 9i Database was the best system for the needs of the Mission based on its security, scalability and speed
