Welcome to my world!!! My name is Holly Owens, and I am a member of Mission 2007's Team 7: The Ecology of Non-Migratory Species in the Arctic National Wildlife Refuge (ANWR). You have entered the space of an individual who is dedicated to doing what she can to influence the direction of today's efforts in practicing environmentally sound technology and general lifestyles.

My responsibilities as a member of Team 7 include the following:  Researching to understand the living requirements and vulnerable characteristics of deomposer species that exist in ANWR; contributing to research on non-migratory sea creatures that are vulnerable to the various effects of oil drilling; assisting in the design and functionality of the Team 7 web site; and reading and understanding extra material concerning the overall issue surrounding oil-drilling in ANWR.
